Any file-hosting limit free users based on their IP address. As soon as the certain user limit is reached, download access will be blocked. To crack this, use the following method.

1) For Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> LAN Settings -> Check the option, ‘Use a proxy server for you LAN’ -> Enter the chosen proxy server IP address and port number in given box -> Click OK.
2)For Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools -> Options -> Connection Settings -> Click, ‘Manual Proxy Configuration’ -> Enter the chosen proxy server details -> Click OK.
3)Change the proxy details every time before you download files from Rapidshare. Use tools such as Hide IP or Steganos or SwitchProxy extension to change the proxy details automatically.

You can use some download managers like Tucan Manager or JDownloader to hack the download limit of Rapidshare files.
