There are several options available when it comes to internet email accounts. Yahoo mail has some features that are not found in all of the others, as well as some advantages over simply using an email software program like Outlook or your Mac’s mail program.

1. Accessibility – This is the main advantage of an internet email program. You can access your email inbox from any computer at anytime. All you need is your login and password.
2. Access other email accounts – Yahoo has an option that most other email providers don’t offer. You can check all your POP email accounts from Yahoo, by adding them there. Check your work and personal email all in the same place.
3. Multiple yahoo addresses – You can have more than one Yahoo email address assigned to your inbox. You can also setup filters to send the emails to different folders or mark them with different colors so that you can keep them organized.
4. Choose your ‘from’ address – Since you can have email coming in from more than one email account, Yahoo allows you to choose which email address you want to use in the ‘from’ field, when you reply. You can always use the same one, or you can vary it depending on which account the email was sent to.

With Office 2011 for Mac, your guide to mail merging in Word is Mail Merge Manager. You can invoke Mail Merge Manager by choosing Tools→Mail Merge Manager from the menu bar. It’s designed to be used starting at the top in Step 1, and you work your way down to Step 6.
The steps in the Mail Merge Manager are as follows:

1. Select a Document Type.
   Choose from four types of mail merge:
   * Form Letters: Customize a letter with personal information or data.
   * Labels: Make mailing labels, tent cards, book labels, and DVD labels.
   * Envelopes: Print envelopes of any size.
   * Catalog: Choose this option to build custom, personalized catalogs, brochures, and price sheets. For example, you could pull pictures from a database to create individualized custom catalogs based on customer purchases, category, or some other criteria.
2. Select Recipients List.
   Choose a data source for the mail merge.
3. Insert Placeholders.
   Choose the field names (for example, column names, headers, and column headers) and position them in your document.
4. Filter Recipients.
   Set rules as to which records will be retrieved from the data source.
5. Preview Results.
   See exactly how your document looks with data before running the mail merge.
6. Complete Merge.
   Run the merge. You can merge to a printer, a single Word document, personalized Word documents, or e-mail messages.

Google AdSense is easy to install on a web page or blog and constitutes additional source of income without spending anything. You have to apply on-line for Google AdSense Program and generally approval comes from Google within two days. More than 200 colors are available from which you can choose color for border, background and text. 24 pre-set color palettes are readily available; in addition you can have your own custom-palette to match with the appearance of your web page.
